Brian Offner, Senior Vice President
Not long after graduating from Penn State, Brian Offner realized he needed to improve his own credit score. Through extensive research on the intricacies of credit, he was able to improve his score by 180 points in 6 months. He began his career as a mortgage broker, where he used that experience to help his clients who had trouble getting approved for their home loans. He found it so gratifying that he decided to become a full-time credit consultant.
Brian is successful at helping people with credit concerns because he combines his experience and expertise in mortgage banking and business management with his degree in family counseling, and advises his clients emotionally as well as financially—helping to improve the strained family relations that money issues can cause.
With his passion for helping others, Brian leads the Credit Mindset™ team of credit consultants who hold expertise in finance and communication. Brian encourages his team to become involved in charitable causes, making Credit Mindset™ an active community leader. Brian himself participates in 2nd Mile, a Big Brother type program in State College, PA, runs in 5K races to raise money for local charity organizations, and leads free credit education seminars.
During a time of economic insecurity, when families are watching their investments closely and are struggling to make their savings increase, Brian uses his aptitude for finances and passion for assisting others to improve his clients’ credit ratings.
Todd Rindfuss, Chief Financial Officer
Todd graduated from The Ohio State University with a major in business finance and minors in risk management and insurance. For the past 15 years he has passionately enjoyed helping people manage the risks of everyday life and protect their assets through his work in life, home, and auto insurance. Todd focuses on educating his insurance clients; this educational aspect of the business is what attracted him to Credit Mindset™—where rather than simply 'fixing' a credit score, they educate their clients for long-term success.
Tod Keating, Account Manager
Tod has been with Credit Mindset from the very beginning. His passion to help Families go from unapproved to approved is evident with his constant promotion of the program to hundreds of Loan Officers. Tod has developed relationships with companies such as Wells Fargo, Wachovia, Gateway Funding, Long and Foster, Keller Williams, Remax and Bank of American to name a few. Tod's drive is opening the door to homeownership to hundreds of familes who otherwise would have been turned away. Tod believes that knowledge is power and he is doing everything he can to educate the Financial World on Credit Mindset’s Program to help improve clients credit profile. Putting others first is what Tod does best!
Anthony Lindia, Senior Credit Advisor
Anthony comes to Credit Mindset from a 9 year career in the mortgage industry. His passion for helping families achieve their goals has helped him to earn a reputation for being service oriented and going above and beyond the call of duty. He enjoys educating his clients and assisting them to make the decisions that are in their best interest. Anthony is also a member of Rotary where he enjoys the opportunity to be of service to his community.
Rodger Strickland, Credit Advisor
Rodger brings over a decade of mortgage banking and financial services experience to the Credit Mindset team. Rodger’s highly consultative approach ensures a tailored strategy that will help his clients improve their credit scores and credit management behaviors. With extensive mortgage underwriting experience, his knowledge of the loan qualifying process has proven invaluable to his client base. Delivering the highest level of service, Rodger educates his clients to make the right decisions that will assist them to make the most favorable impact on their financial well-being. Rodger is active in local breast cancer charities and also hosts regional credit education seminars.
Scott Keating, Credit Advisor
Scott graduated from Bloomsburg University with a major in communications and a minor in marketing. He was a 3-year, all-conference football player. Before joining Credit Mindset™, Scott worked in environmental sales. His charity work includes raising awareness of lupus and of breast cancer.
Jim McCabe, Credit Advisor
Jim graduated from The Catholic University of America with a major in international economics and finance. He was a 2-time captain and 4-time varsity letterwinner on the lacrosse team. Before joining Credit Mindset™, Jim worked in the financial services industry. He is an active participant in the Big Brother Program in Washington D.C.
Naz Andekian, Credit Consultant
Naz comes to Credit Mindset with a background in sales and customer service, a formula that has pushed Naz to the forefront in the industry. Naz has a vast understanding of the ins and outs of credit, why scores are where they are and the behaviors needed to change to get the desired results. He spends much of his time working with his clients holding them accountable for the strategies they put together for optimal results. A hard worker himself, he expects the same from each and every client that he is working with, the results are impressive.
John Rodgers, Credit Consultant
John is a true people person. His hands on approach to credit education has made him a customer favorite. John’s background in business management plays a key role in how he handles explaining the processes and procedures that his clients must follow to truly change their credit picture. Customer service and education are the foundation for John’s success.
Melissa Loheide, Credit Consultant
Melissa brings a variety of backgrounds to the Credit Mindset team. A Licensed Realtor with an educational background which includes a degree in Business Administration and Management from Gwynedd-Mercy College and graduate studies in clinical counseling at LaSalle University. Melissa has navigated the bureaus by fixing her own credit and uses that same drive and passion to get results for her Clients. She truly understands the mindset it takes to go from poor credit to great credit and she enlightens her Clients on that path.
